Features inner and outer link plates shaped the same as those of Super Chain that are one size thicker than RS Roller Chain. 16% higher fatigue strength and 13% higher tensile strength than Super Chain.

Maximum allowable load has been improved 20% over previous Super-H Chain with the December 2016 upgrade.

Super-H Series chains can be used to replace the next larger size of ANSI standard chain, making them ideal for applications where space is limited. Best suited for low speed operating conditions (up to 50 m/min).

Ideal for applications that require higher allowable tension, tensile strength and shock absorption construction machinery, automotive manufacturing facilities, ceramic industry, steel facilities, agricultural machinery, etc.)

  • Press-fit type connecting links are supplied.
  • Standard ANSI sprockets can be used with single strand chain only.
  • Sprockets with a low teeth number must have hardened teeth.
  • Steel grade of sprockets must be C45 or higher.
  • Pins are quad riveted.

  • Made-to-order product
  • Select chains and sprockets as per the Allowable Load Selection Method.
  • Offset links are not available due to the super heavy duty nature of transmission. Use an even number of links.
  • Use drip lubrication, oil bath or splash lubrication, or forced pump lubrication.
  • RS Roller Chain sprockets can be used only with single strand chains. Steel sprockets cannot be used. Use sprockets made of S35C or higher carbon steel. Sprockets with lower teeth number must also have hardened teeth. Check key strength, etc.
  • Tsubaki offers Tough Tooth sprockets with increased hub strength.
